Swindon Wargamers And Tacticians

Thought I'd give you gents the heads up, this is the list I have to get painted for September I thought there was no harm in doing it early as most of the troop types will be a mystery to those of ya who don't own IA4/5 or played the Krieg in the past!

HQ) Heroic Senior Officer, carapace armour, power sword, refractor field, plasma pistol, frag grenades, master vox, ensign. (176pts)
Anti-tank squad (125)

Troops) Junior Officer, carapace armour, power sword, frag grenades, vox, plasma pistol, plasmagun, autocannon (125pts)
Infantry squad, frag grenades, watchmaster, vox, flamer (107pts)
Infantry squad, frag grenades, watchmaster, vox, grenade launcher (109pts)

Troops) Hades breaching drill (50pts)

Troops) Engineer squad, 5 extra engineers, gas grenades, mole launcher, demolition charge (160pts)

Elites) Heavy mortar, infernus shells, Centaur, dozer blade (125pts)

Elites) Grenadiers squad, watch master, grenade launcher, meltagun, demolition charge, power weapon (149pts)

Fast Attack) 5 Deathriders, frag grenades, hunting lances, ridemaster (86pts)

Fast Attack) 5 Deathriders, frag grenades, hunting lances, ridemaster (86pts)

Heavy Support) Demolisher, lascannon, pintle mounted heavy stubber, dozer blade (200)

Total:1498.

I know it's a bit light on artillery and tanks but the idea was to get as much of the krieg character onto the table, given the limited points value and limited funds/time for getting and painting the models I think I've done a good enough job, in my opinion there's enough shock and awe to win a game or two along the way!
Give us your opinions, though this is pretty much what I'll have until July anyway so there isn't much room for manouvre.
Hope some of you decide to post your lists soon so I can have a gander but if not it'll be fun crossing swords in September.

Your right I've no IDEA what half of those are!! Still I'm sure they'll all fall before a 'Choppa to da Ead'

That breaching drill a transport/ tank or infantry weapon?

All in all (and inspite of not knowing what most of it does!) it looks a well rounded list! Lots of blasts, men to soak up the inevitable casualties and cavalry charge thrown in for good measure!! What more can you ask for?

PS: I've not posted my list yet seeings i'm still undecided what to go for!! I might even dust off my Space Wolves if the rumours of a summer release are true!!

The breaching drill is a small tank used do deliver engineers onto the table, though it does count as a troops choice of its own so can take objectives!
It's basically like a subterranean drop pod, that does damage when it arrives under a victim watch out all vehicles/firebases!

Thats just..... Nasty!!!! Positively evil!! My ork Mek wants it....
